The food was okay but not great. The place was kind of empty so there was lots of seating to choose from. We ordered the pho and a plate of grilled pork chop with fried egg. The flavors were good and it was just enough food for us all. I would have to complain a bit though at how gross the tableware was. It seemed like they're was a film of sticky/greasy filth on everything. Even wiping them with a napkin didn't help. The nastiest bit was touching the handle of the knife to cut up my pork chop. It was really nasty to the point I had to use a napkin to hold the handle. Yuck. Aside from the cleanliness, I would day the food was good if you are craving vietnamese food and you are also shopping in the mall. By the way. There aren't many shops left in the mall. Guess the rent is too high. Update 1/1/2023. Came back here with the family to eat some vietnamese food. The family ordered the usual Pho, but I decided to try something new. I ordered the BBQ pork & Shrimp vermicelli and it was pretty delicious with the sauce mixed that came with it. The noodles were just right (not too hard and not too soft) it had a good bite to it. The pork and shrimp were well seasoned, but the shrimp were on the small side. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and overall the food was really good.

I met a friend here for lunch today. We both ordered the same thing, combo rice plate with egg roll, 2 giant fried chicken wings and a pork chop! I also wanted to try their jackfruit shake with boba! The meal came with soup and salad. The soup was flavorful, a tad salty for my taste but that's just me. The jackfruit shake was the bomb with the exception of the bobas, which was a little bit hard on some bites. I really like this combo. The eggroll was pretty big and tasty. The chicken wings were crispy goodness. The pork chop was just okay for me. I would come back here again to try the pho and get me some more jackfruit boba😋, hopefully the boba would be better.

Pho tasted great. Overall, it was a good experience. They give a lot of food and really quickly. Food literally came in less than 3 minutes. Definitely recommend getting the beef balls cause I'm typically not a big fan, but these were fire.

Basic for the dishes and service. I went in because of the high ratings, specifically for Pho. They didn't seat us they looked at us and and said yes I said table for two they pointed at a table and stayed seated (4 employees). Sat down for a few minutes looked through the menu then they rushed us through it( literally started while we said weren't ready) then didn't really answer the questions about the dishes so settled on the first of the two options of pho. Plates brought out quickly (that's great) however Nothing special or impressive just super plain noodles, broth and chicken (or shrimp if you reaallllly ask them a few times). Service was kinda non existent. Me and my mother had to keep getting up to ask ask for things - water (my mom was choking a little bit), another lemon wedge (gave us one plate for the soup with a handful of bean sprouts cilantro and 2 limes 4 pieces of jalapeno TO SHARE), a side dish of rice, and the check then they looked like they were upset about the 3 dollar tip which was generous considering the service or lack there of. Everything we asked for seemingingly bothered them. The flavor of the broth as really good with everything in it. But honestly for broth, noodles, and a few pieces of protein you could pass and go to another place for the same price. Won't be going...

'm often at Pacific East Mall for a massage upstairs and I usually add on lunch or dinner at Pho Saigon II. I just love the pho here. I usually have the beef pho and it is always tasty. Add a Vietnamese iced coffee and you have a great meal. My friend likes the chicken pho. They are fast and very nice here. This is not a place to go to have a waiter constantly check in on you, this is a simple place where they give you your food and beverages and then when you are done you pay. If you have other needs during your meal you figure it out or go up to the counter and ask. I did not find the service to be bad at all, so I'm not sure why others complained about it. We were greeted nicely, our order was taken quickly once we decided and the drinks, sauces and food came out in pretty...
