Until the pandemic this was a bustling hub for Asian businesses, from a wide variety of restaurants to a Chinese pharmacy and more. The restaurants are slowly making a comeback. The anchor tenant, however, is the Asian Ranch 99 grocery store, a veritable treasure hunt for Oriental foods and seasonings. Their produce section alone puts generic supermarkets to shame with variety, and there are aisles dedicated to products from different cultural cuisines. It's hard to shop there without getting something tasty from the Chinese deli. Small Asian mall anchored by the 99 ranch Taiwanese supermarket chain. There are assorted small shops and restaurants inside that serve boba, cell phones, pho, sushi, etc. During boom times this mall feels bustling. During down times this mall feels like a ghost town. Other than to get your food necessities and cravings filled, there is no good reason to come here. It is not a primary destination place of interest. Inside, the decor is extremely dated and bland. It reeks of cheapness: which is fine because the people that come here are working class people looking for stuff that won't break your budget. However, it certainly doesn't make your experience pop. The parking is plenty but the drivers are horrible - they don't follow 4 way stop or not courteous at all. They don't stop when they needed to. Very pushy as well. When you're backing up, the incoming traffic doesn't give way. They will drive fast instead. Beware on driving aspect. However, this place has other decent shops and places to eat. Don't leave valuable items in your car or it will get stolen and your vehicle will get vandalized. The shoppers at Ranch 99 are rude including the workers. The shoppers will run you over or smash your finger with the cart and don't acknowledge it or apologize. They are already at fault and yet they will give you that death...
