I bought this silky bonnet on march 2nd, 2022. I didn’t open it that day because I expected it to be the product on the outside of the box. I opened it on the 3rd and when I pulled it out the box it had a really bad smell like must or sweat. Also it was not the bonnet on the outside of the box. I decided to try and take it back to exchange it the next day( the 4th) because it says on the receipt that you can exchange things up to 7 days after. So when I go to exchange it, one of the men I talked to said he can’t exchange it because their store policy says that you only have a day to exchange it and I wasn’t told that when I bought it. He offered no help at all and just kept saying it’s their policy and shrugging his shoulders. I don’t recommend buying any thing from here that you can’t see through because it might be false advertisement and I encourage everyone who does buy something from here to open it in the store first before you buy it! The place deserves one star. Had a horrible experience and I felt this place lacked professionalism and integrity. I arrived to grab one item and the door was opened ans the open sign was lit up. As I walked inside one of the employees told me they close in 5 mins so I sais thats fine ans asked the location of the item I intended to purchase. The employee told me what isle to look on and I grabbed the item before I could walk from the aisle I was approached by an angry employee who yelled at me " we are closed. You need to leave". This woman was at the registered staring me down ) (mean mug) and I asked what waa the issue and she yelled at me some more so I had enough of her behavior and I dropped the item on the floor and walked out. Had a decent selection of wigs but didn't have the color I wanted. The sales person was nice but seemed a little pushy by pulling out other wigs and telling me that they were close to what I wanted and how I could fix them differently. I told her what I was looking for but she wouldn't stop trying to sell me other ones. Then I tried to see if I could find the right color online so I could have her order it. She got a little rude and started telling me I won't find a better price online, which wasn't even what I was doing. At that point I left and found the right color for half the price.
