Ok. People can really make a business look bad. Bc I expected the old crew to be in compliance with VA state police regulations for inspection and my windshield tint. That old crew totally disregarded the A1 level on the windshield. Like how does a professional do that? Anyways, Superman, 🦸‍♂️ I meant Super Steven, from the Short Pump location, is running this place now. And the difference is obvious and immediate! I think that was the best decision a company could've made, in order to save the company's name/business. Steven did not have to honor the crews mistake, but he did. His humanitarian actions and behavior has really tamed this beast, bc I was angry! But it really restored my hope for humanity bc I'm sick of unprofessional ppl who do half-a** work, with no quality, or professionalism. So if you had any problems with this company b4 Steven's arrival, you should definitely give this company/ location another chance. Mohammed Ali is the Best Great customer service skills. Made me feel comfortable while waiting I was there less than an hour. My car looks Great and I will be returning to get my other car done. Update: I stopped by to get an estimate on my other car. The young man gave me a price but wanted to take a look at it. I got off work headed right over to Black Optix thinking I would get the same Great customer service to my Surprise it was just the opposite. I'm assuming it was A Manager/ Employee walked out of the garage looked at my car as if he was angry about something He spoke in his language and went back in the garage as if I was bothering him. He had no personality, His customer service skills were poor and I refuse to spend money with a rude establishments such as this one. His estimate was double what the other young man told me last week. I'm very disappointed yet glad to know Who and what I'm dealing with. I definitely won't be spending anymore money with Black Optix...

This place is a joke. I called and asked for a price to tint my car windows and set up an appointment. The guy on the phone asked if I could do it that day and said that they weren't busy. I could do anything after 3. He said to come at 330. I showed up at 320 gave the guy my keys and sat in the waiting room until 5. No one had touched my car it was still sitting in the same place I parked it and there was no one in the front office the whole time. I had to call the phone there 5 times before someone came up front. I got my keys back and left.

An hour and a half went by and no one ever came out and said they were running behind or anything.
