YOU HAVE BEEN WARN, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Ordered $66.42 worth of food for dinner through the Subway App. Doordash was assigned to deliver the order. Order never arrived! Doordash sent me a text stating the store had modified or canceled my order and I needed to contact the store. I called, NO ANSWER. I received an email from Subway stating my order had been canceled and my funds would be credit back to my card within 7 days. I never received my refund. When I contacted the manager he stated he had a line full of customers and would look into the matter and call me back. NEVER DID! I gave him some time to fix it then I went to the store with copies of the email, the text from Doordash, my credit card statement showing it was paid only for him to tell us that Doordash canceled my order and another dasher picked up my order. We were told to contact Doordash because it wasn't anything he could do even though his store received the money. Ok, when we contacted Doordash they were very pleasant and explained that the dasher canceled the order because the store had closed and was unable to retrieve my order (the store was to close at 9:30pm but closed sooner). The representative went as far as to explained that they had not received the tip or fee from this order, the store kept the $66.42! We were told that if we went through Doordash they would automatically credit us but since the store did the charge and recovered the funds there was nothing they could do and that we should talk to the manager again. The usual employees remember us even if its been a while since the last visit and the food is always great but I will not be returning after the CONFUSING interaction I had tonight. Walked in and asked for a foot long steak and cheese and was immediately belittled by the smart @$$ behind the counter . Kid with glasses shakes his head "no" for an awkwardly long time and says nothing. After asking if they were out of something I was told I "asked a question and got an answer". Ok? So then after another long awkward silence I repeat my order and tell him what I would like and he then has the audacity to tell me I have an attitude? I work retail and come from a family of restaurant/retail workers so I'm the last person who is going to go into a place like this start something with a stranger just doing their job. Read moreThe food was good. The service is not good. I paid 18$ for a #10 foot long meal. He charged for something I didn’t even get. My meal support to be at least 15$ but I paid more than that. Also, my mother had gotten the tuna sub meal for 6.99$ but he changed her 13.69$ for that. So I told him that he overcharged her the only thing he could say was “I'm sorry”. He called his manager to see what he does but I think the manager told him he would be there at 6 or 7 o’clock. I also asked to talk to the manager but he didn’t want to talk to me. Once he hung up with his manager he refused to give me something else. I asked him to just give me a cookie he ignored me for two minutes then he finally gave me the cookie. Also, I meant to mention he said my mother doesn't ask for the meal but she asks him questions before she gets it. Also, the 6.99$ meal comes with two cookies or a bag of chips, he only gives her one bc he said she only asked for one.
