Taco Bell — Restaurant in Richmond

I've had good and bad experiences with this place, it really just depends on who is working. I recommend going inside if you're ordering anything with special add ons or things you want to take off, even if you're ordering mobile.

They usually give me exactly what I order on the app, but when I've removed things or added things they've messed it up, I'm not sure if they are not getting the full order or if they are just rushing and don't notice. When you go inside ask them if the removed and added what you asked for. Also remember to check your food, make sure everything is there.

This was ONE time, I didn't get a potatoes I ordered, they replaced a 5 layer with a different burrito I ordered and then put another one in there which is the one I ordered, I asked for no tomatoes or cream cheese +rice on something I ordered and they just made it regular.

They are always willing to fix it though, I went in and asked them to fix the order and they did so. I haven't had much problem with them before and I hope I don't have the same problem again.

I said 3 on the atmosphere because they arelly should clean up their parking lot, also the way out of the drive thru has a corner that you can't see around, almost got hit pulling out of it because I literally could not...

Poor service, but good food. T here is a guy (?, he claims) that works there and was at the drive thru when I placed my order a couple nights ago.

I completed my order and the employee finished reading it back to me [via drive-thru speaker (could not see huim)]. I then said, "thank you mam". (Please remember, I could NOT see him and his voice sounded like a woman to me, over the speaker. He was so upset and said (very nasty tone) "IM A SIR". I apologized immediately and drove around.

When I got to the window, he acted as IF I said the "N" word. In which I apologized again. He was continuously RUDE to me until I left.

Now, is it just me, or did he go overboard? I just ca n't believe he was so bent out of shape, over so netting this MINOR. I have had t ghe same thing happen to me, where someone on the phone called me a mam, I know it was just a simple mistake! I don't give them GRIEF over IT.

EVERY TIME I GO TO THIS ONE, I receive HORRIBLE Service, IM NOTVGOING BACK ANYMORE and HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else, there are a few other places nearby, like ARBYS...

I called to confirm closing time and to advise i was ordering a taco salad. As i approached the drive through the recording came on they were closed. And light out. when I arrived it was 5 min to 1 i proceeded to window where lady was washing machine I blew the horn several times and she looked and ignored another car pulled behind me so I circled around and continued to blow horn lady was counting draw another person was cleaning machine laughing I blew horn again lady came to window and I explained this isn't right i called and I made it prior to closing she stated she can't help when shut down i requested district manager this isn't right. I came out the house and was there prior to store being closed so they closed at least 5 min early or more bc Lisa was sitting down providing the orders to the employee that was cleaning She gave me that store manager name to call and not once apologies for inconvenience. Poor service. I will report to cooperate and district manager. Think twice before giving your money to a business that,lacks customer service. Starting...
