This location is trash. The customer service is below mediocre. I went during lunch, line wrapped around as always. I ordered a 3 wing dinner with dirty rice and a steak biscuit. Get to the window & pay, I waited at the window over 15 mins… after already ready about 8-12 minutes to even order… not once was I told what I was waiting on, no sorry for the inconvenience, pull forward, nothing. I get my food, pull off..: because by this time My lunch is almost over.:: get down the highway and realize I have 2 wings and fries:.. also the steak biscuit was cold as Alaska. Unacceptable being that I waited that long, everything should’ve been correct and hot. I called and spoke to YaYa she told me I could come right back, of course I couldn’t so she said come back the next day. I came back and was told YaYa wasn’t there, and there is a 20 minute wait on chicken (yet again, during lunch time). I asked what Chicken was available. She told me I could only get what I had previously and YaYa wasn’t there. Dismissing the fact that they messed up my order previously and the thing to do would’ve been to replace with whatever was available instead of insisting I wait and inconvenience myself due to their piss poor management of inventory and preparation for the lunch rush.

Read moreTried to order some breakfast at the drive thru. There had been a special for 2 sausage biscuits so we ordered that and then ordered a sausage biscuit meal and 2 bo berries. The attendant said we owed $15 which was too high. It should've been around $11. When we inquired the person got aggravated and then somehow it became $23. When we attempted to clarify the order a 3rd time she told us to drive around. Once at the window we again attempted to get some clarification and we were met with frustration and attitude. We finally gave up and agreed to pay the $15 however now our payment wasn't going thru on the tap to pay and she told us we were holding up the drive thru and we needed to pull around. At this point we decided it'd just be easier to go to the Wawa next door rather than risk having our food spit in. We will not be going back to this restaurant. Horrendous customer service, downright rude drive thru employee, coworkers in the back shouting. no welcome or greeting when I pulled up only " what can I get you" employee pretended not to hear my order so after shouting it by the 3rd time she shouts back "I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME", never repeated it back or gave me a total. 20 seconds after sitting at the drive thru menu she says " what can I get you" I then asked if she got my order (not for me picking up for g-ma). She says "just pull around". The employee that greeted me at the window was not the same employee who took the order.
