I absolutely loved visiting this pet store for the first time this past weekend The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, was willing to help with recommendations for toys, and treats. They carry a great selection of high-quality products that you don’t always find in big-box stores, and I love that they support local brands.

The store is extremely clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. Plus, their customer service is top-notch—offering to deliver and all.

As a pet dietician, he took the time to understand Printz's dietary needs and preferences. Instead of just recommending a single product, he generously sent us home with several sample packs to try out. This is such a great little place! I stopped by one day a couple months ago when walking my dog, Teddy. The store owner, Jeff, was so friendly knows a lot about dog food & treats. He gave us a free sample of dog food to try. When Teddy started having GI issues with his regular Purina, I decided to switch to what Jeff had recommended.
