Dillard's — Local services in Richmond

What can I say..I love Dillards!! The associates really know their departments. They are so happy to help you. They really want you to enjoy your visit...and they really want to help you find what you will enjoy.. My visit was really better than I could have hoped for! We drove 1 1/2 hours to shop there..but we'll worth it!! I found 3 pairs of jeans, and they fit in length..finally! And were on Sale!!And a few other items! While I was in trying things on..The associate in womens was out finding things for me..she really found some great outfits. So after driving to Ricmond...I saved more than, way more than I paid for everything..and I walked a away with 3 HUGE BAGS!! My trip to Dillards was GREAT!! And they call me about deals, special sales, and just to say hi!.. So I just want to say Hi to my gals at the Richmond, Indiana store It doesn't get any better than that!! Check out the store..Well...

So I haven't been to the store but I will be soon. I was genuinely impressed today wen I called and the operator confirmed for me that this store has a Big and Tall Department. So when that person transferred me to that department no one could pick up my call so I hung up. About 10 minutes later I get a callback from Richmond and its the Men's Department at Dillard's following up from my missed call! Bottom line is that the gentlemen who called could confirm that they had the products I was interested in so now I can drive to Richmond from Indy confident that the hour there and back is worth it. FYI, I shop on line too but sometimes it really helps to go in the store and try on big and tall clothing. Appreciate this level of...

I stopped in looking for a suit for a trip I'm taking. They were very expensive and did not have a good selection of suits for guys above size 48" chest. The suits were way over priced in my book. I've never been happy buying suits at a retail store. They might have what your looking for however I ended up leaving and drove all the way to Dayton Ohio to Price Stores. That's a real suit store.

Dillards has lots of great stuff but just not a suit store that caters to larger guys. Just saying if your considered big or tall you may Give Price Stores...
