I used to order all my supplies from this company. lately tried to put an order for a ballast and some bulbs with Fred Lane. He asked me to email him exact order spects and I did. gave me a price and told him go ahead and order. I also asked him if he can give me a break on delivery charge since I can get the same product for less. Never heard back.
