Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Richmond

Tiny building, food was great! The only thing that bothered me is I sat down to wait for my boyfriend to order food (we were planning on sharing) and a manager came out and very loudly asked if I needed anything not even a minute after I sat down, which just because of the tone of his voice made it seem like he thought I was loitering. I noticed he was also visibly frustrated with something about the doors as well. Maybe he was just trying to genuinely ask if I needed help, but he seemed irritated overall. Line staff seemed nice though :)

The parking is okay, overall a small parking area. Also noticed someone curled into a ball sleeping right next to their dumpster, which I know is not at all the fault of the staff but something I’d be concerned about if staff are taking out trash late at night.

We ordered online pickup this time. My boyfriend picked it up, said that they were out of chips and said we needed to get a refund online. I processed it online and he got home. My quesadilla was missing cheese, and so was his bowl. I was missing salsas and vinaigrette. It seems like this location is avoiding sharing that kind of information.

I came to this location thinking I would have a better experience than at the chipotle in my neighborhood. Was I wrong. Customer service was terrible. The young lady making bowls spoke so low, and got an attitude when I couldn’t hear her. The next young lady adding the toppings did not listen to anything I asked for. I asked for light sour cream, she dumped sour cream. I asked for pico and 2 guac on the side. No pico and 1 guac was received. When she wrapped the tacos, all of the filling of on taco went into another taco. The manager requested her to remake the tacos, but she just had the other girl stuff the filling back into its original tortilla.

Get home, about a 15 minute drive max. Get ready to eat, the chicken is ICE COLD. Absolutely not. Also the chicken was not cut properly. The chunks of chicken were so large. They didn’t fill my cup of guac up.

Also, the lobby is filthy and manager was telling the workers how they just stand around do nothing.

The new chipotle on Arthur ash is absolutely AWFUL! We have had issues multiple times. First time told us they didn’t have chips but we paid for two chips… never got our money back. Second time once again no chips paid for 2 so they gave us the reward for chips and guacamole. We go to use that tonight and my boyfriend checks the bag there’s no guacamole.. he goes in and asked for it they tell him they can’t he shows them on the app where we used the reward and they say they still can’t. Finally a nice lady comes up and tells him since it’s on the app they can but on their side it doesn’t show it…. He ends up getting it which is fine but something told us to check our bowls once we got home. I paid for chicken and steak…… they gave me 4 pieces. FOUR PIECES OF MEAT…. We have tried to give the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions and we have clearly learned our lesson. Completely done with going to...
