Great deals with WaWa Rewards....I loveeeee my free coffee, lol. but the workers are NOT the best. The last 2-3 orders that I ordered delivery have been INCORRECT. I pay too much money for yall to be playing with people food like that. And then I'm a regular customer. Management needs to manage their employees better. I can understand it's overwhelming but to be messing up orders the way yall do is sickening. Sometimes I just go in the store to get it corrected but this time I'm airing yall out. Yall make me feel like somebody got something against me that's working there because it's been something wrong EVERYTIME I order in these last couple weeks. This time I ordered a chicken salad sub with the lil $6 deal yall got going on and received a sandwich with just ham on it. Nothing else, just the bread and ham. So that's how yall feeling? Yall really playing with people food like that? It's all good, I'm glad I have a job I like going to because yall just encouraged me to take my time and make my own lunch. If I do get something from yall , I see I gotta watch yall make it cuz yall have done some triflin stuff. Last time I ordered delivery, the food was sent with just my drinks, smh. NO FOOD, no snacks. Like before yall continue to play with people food, just quit if you don't like your job! And to Wawa , I know yall getting a lot of service, if those people deserve more pay, then give it to them cuz somebody gonna get hurt the way they playing with people food. And to yall people that wanna make yall own rules while working, just go for it and start your own business minus the attitude. Go do something you like cuz playing with people food ain't it. Not once have I complained but here it is, this what people need to see frfr. But when I do go in there and ask questions cuz I be wanting to see what's really going on, the employees right in there complaining talking about "they be messing up everybody order" , or "a lot of people complaining" ,or "ion know I wasn't here earlier" better to work together as a team then to be going out like that. Read moreI came here during lunchtime 12:00pm-2:00pm. This is some organized chaos if I have ever seen any. There were so many people here, it's overwhelming. My video is RIGHT before a wave of over 15 more people were bobbing and weaving around others and through the isles. Even with all this going on, the staff were still focused and kind and helpful toward the customers. WAWA, I think it would be a good idea instead of having all those screens in front of the food stations showing the random videos, a number of them should be used to largely showcase the customer order number that are supposed to be picking up their food that is ready from the station. I witnessed the food staff call out numbers multiple times within 4 minutes before the people came to pick up their food. I'm almost sure that's annoying for them. Also, a nice, tolerable-volumed intercom AI voice should announce order numbers that have been sitting for too long. All this technology and the employees are screaming out Pick Three lotto numbers like we are in the 1980s.
When I ordered my food, the receipt was broken, no problem, I just took the number up to the register. I waited for about 25 minutes for my order. No problem, there was the lunch rush, + my wrap was delish.
All in all, as kind as the staff was during that rush off people, they deserve an easy flow of work resources that make dealing with the public of that magnitude more productive. Thanks for all...
Read moreI’m so disappointed with an WAWA employee who decided to ignore my request to swap out the coffee while standing right in front of it instead he called over another employee who was helping make another customer’s order. I waited then I advised he should have helped she advised he’s works in the deli WOW so Wawa employees are not trained to assist a customer in other areas YOU NOW have to get someone who works in that department IVE NEVER seen this type of behaviors at all here. I’ve been here since u guys first opening. I’m aware of the great services I’ve received this one employee has done this before to me I’ve ignored it because of the other great employees NO MORE the two employees who decided to believe you guys was rights only shows how you guys are not holding each other accountable Then both the employees having a conversation about it like they right front of staff and going back and forth wow that’s when I called the manager and advised her of the two behaviors even after the incident.
