I’ve been here a few times (due to convenience vs. the starbucks down the street) and unfortunately they continue to miss if you need to walk through the doors to get a drink/food. You are never greeted, and the staff constantly makes it seem like you are inconveniencing them by walking inside. The first time i stood in front of the register for 10 mins before someone approached me to take an order (all i’d ask is you acknowledge me if you are busy). The second time was this Sunday and i stood waiting for my mobile order, no one greeted me or made eye contact with me. The person making the drinks had no drinks in the queue, but still wouldn’t say “hi” or “good morning”. After waiting for 5 minutes, a person came over and asked what my name was and said she’d make the drinks. Come to find out, my drinks were ready the entire time, just in the wrong place.
Mistakes happen, but the low rating comes from the staff and lack of warmth every time you walk inside. I’ll continue to go to the starbucks closer to scott’s addition when i need...

So it’s my fault that I have a bad memory and needed to just have it in my notes for a few seconds? Ridiculous. Employee acted like he was being held at gunpoint and it was obvious he wasn’t trying to be rude, he looked genuinely scared. I canceled my order and walked out because a company that makes their employees that scared is not one I will support. And what is the difference between writing the code down for a second and memorizing it?? Utterly ridiculous. Read moreI came twice. I have 18 years as a owner and manager in food and beverage. So my comment is accurate. I visted 2 days in row to make sure I wasn't "trippin". Both days. 20 minute wait. Both days 3 cars in drive thru. BOTH days 9/6/24 & 9/7/24 .... 20 minutes for a Carmel frap. Both days I watched customers of a different decent order and pay and was served before me. I adore Starbucks. This location is new and for the first time, I want to give zero stars. Horrible. Idk what it is. Hopefully it gets better. You NEVER know what someone is going thru.
