Very disappointed. My husband and I stopped in to visit and check the place out to possibly book our twins second birthday at this location. Upon entering, we spoke with the owner and he stated that they were pretty booked but actually had a cancellation on our twins actual birthday! He provided us with his email address and asked that we email him to express interest and give details. I did so that same day, in hopes of booking the slot. He said he would get back with us that Friday. I never heard anything. I called at least 4 times in attempts to follow up and followed up via email. I spoke with whomever answered the phone at the establishment and they said that they sent him a text letting him know that I reached out multiple times and she said he "said he was going to reach out". I never heard a word back from anyone. It truly sucks because we were super excited to book and celebrate our boys turning 2 and even use for future play dates. I'm not sure if we never heard back because we don't appear to be their 'target customer/audience' if you get the picture....Again, very disappointing. Hopefully everyone else has great experiences, despite your family dynamic and genetic makeup. I could just be jumping out on a limb with that assumption but I feel how I feel and don't see a reason why a business would completely disregard and NEVER respond to someone that they saw in person and agreed to communicate with regarding scheduling an event....
Read moreWe visited here for the first time this month and our children loved it! I only have two critiques.
The bathroom is in the middle of the play space. With it being located there you're required to have your shoes off with grippy socks while on the mat but when you have to go to the bathroom ...you have no shoes so you have to go grab your shoes to put them on. Once you open the door I noticed they have slippers. Are these for guest to use/share while going? I'm not sure. So you have to wear slippers someone else wore, get your shoes, or are people going with nothing then returning to the floor?
My second critique is that they have a cute little baby section for children 1 and under. It's perfect! Only thing is just right outside this area is a marble station! We kept our 1 year old within arms reach the entire time we were there and she still managed to have marbles in her mouth! I removed them 3 times. Why? The older kids who can safely play with them obviously don't keep things in the correct spot or drop them on accident and they end up in random spots throughout the play space!! BEWARE!
We hope to return soon but I can't say we will until some changes are made. My children loved their visit but from a parents perspective there are definitely some concerns. I hope this review can be taken as constructive criticism and management makes some changes so it can be safe for...
Read moreI really like this place and go here sometimes with my 1 year old. But today we had unpleasant experience because they were closed by the time we arrived. It was 9 o clock in the morning, and that was the time when we supposed to start playing. The door was closed, nobody was answering the phone and the most important thing was that the temperature outside was 27 degrees only. I didn’t plan to wait outside so my baby wasn’t dressed up properly for such weather and it was really unpleasant. I had no idea if they were just being late or they were closed for the whole day. But then they opened at 9:15 am or 9:20 am. At the end of our play time we got a refund, which was really nice. But still I had a feeling I needed to write this review. And I hope in the future you will find a way to inform your clients in case of some unexpected situations like this one.
Anyway 4 stars...
