Before I put in my order from what I supposedly won to pay for some Jordan 9s at retail price through the Easter Egg Hunt I did not check the reviews. Seeing so many people leaving reviews of them being upset they have not received their shoes had me nervous, but I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. Anyways, I ordered these shoes at the end of January and waited for some time and noticed nothing was shipped yet. I figure they were coo after seeing their posts on Instagram, live raffles, and tiktok posts. To get to the point I haven’t got any proof of shipment so I called them to ask for the update. At first, I kept getting hung up on because I as a deaf person call through a relay service. The interpreter told me it sounded like a 16 year old boy answering the phone so then I called again and the boy finally stayed on the phone and I was talking about my order and he was like I ll have the manager to call you and just hung up without even letting me finish anything. So few minutes later I got a call back and I was questioned about what size I needed (so I am guessing they did not have the size I ordered) and it was also confirmed what my address was. This call happened on a Tuesday and I was told that my shoes would be shipped out Thursday or Friday. So as I waited for the week to go by I still got nothing so I called again to follow up and asked for a refund instead and the person on the phone told me they could not refund me because my shoes has been shipped I told them I got no confirmation of shipment then like a few minutes later I was told there was no address on file so they did not ship them. Mind you, the manager confirmed a week ago of my address then I have them telling me they cannot refund because the shoes were shipped now I am told they did not have an address on file. This whole thing frustrated me and I continued to ask for a refund because this place lost my trust. They said they refunded me but I saw no confirmation from paypal. I waited a couple of days and called paypal to explain the situation and to see if they could see on their end that there is a refund and paypal seem to not see anything. My blood was really boiling. But a couple of hours later that same day I was issued a refund.

Not impressed with kickclusive when it comes to ordering online..... very unprofessional to put it lightly...first off it'd been a month since I've ordered the shoes and about a week ago I sent a message on Instagram to kickclusive asking them why I haven't received a shipping notification for the patent breds I ordered and they responded and told me they would tell they're shipping manager to update with a tracking number and it's been a week and I've heard nothing....so I messaged them again and they just read the message and didn't respond....secondly when I ordered them they said it was a pre order when the shoes came out in December... so I'd say maybe update your website more often and maybe get a better shipping manager because it shouldn't take more than a month to ship out a pair...

Stopped by earlier this week and looked around. I don't understand why anyone would shop here. Yes, the store is nice. Yes, the staff was friendly and didn't push anything. But what I'll never understand is why would anyone pay 25% premium on item ALREADY MARKED UP 100% when you can get them on that other dumb dotX site. Looked for Hyper Crimson AJ1 size 11. It's $498 from this guy and $379 at the other place... already marked up from $160. I don't get resale in general, it should be illegal when within the first couple months of a release, so in this case, after a couple years, it's a sellers market... but don't be so overpriced that you're ripping people off. You should adjust your prices accordingly or at least not price yourself out of the market. ...
