Went here last night for a fundraiser. I was told by a co-worker that she attended a fundraiser a couple of weeks ago was very unhappy with a few things, especially the food. I didn't think much about it and went to the event just excited to go see our friends. I have to say, whether a wedding, birthday or fundraiser...a catering facility should always put their best foot forward. If this venue doesn't want to be bothered hosting some tiny events like a little fund raiser dinner they should have said no thank you. The food we received last night was horrible. Baked ziti, frozen meatballs (you can't even make decent meatballs ? So you serve those little frozen spongy ones?) Green beans and some potatoes...with a ceasar salad drenched in dressing. I understand that the person running the event had some say in the choice but I was told by my coworker that she got the same thing at their event. I can not eat ceasar salad and asked (I offered to pay for it) for a garden salad and I was told no...unless I have a severe allergy ...so I have to wave my epi pen at them? No...not doing that in front of everyone...so I had no salad...couldn't eat the meatballs and potatoes were cold. I don't care if this is your cheapest fare you can offer...it should still taste good...my daughter is getting married in the very near future. I would not even consider this place...its also is looking very run down...I am sad to say that but I'm afraid if you do not already know that EVERY function should be handled well...and you should present your best face...then it's like you bombed an interview...why would I give you a bridal shower or a wedding based on that experience? I would not return there for another fundraiser (next time I just donate directly...

It was very uncomfortable for everyone. They served the buffet, I broke out in a sweat trying to cut the fatty beef with a stupid butter knife. The breaded chicken was much easier to cut as the pieces just broke apart since they were so dry! The service was terribly lacking on top of everything which made what was to be a wonderful celebration, a...
