I’m always hesitant to hand over my grandmothers heirloom jewelry… And I feel completely confident bring all of my jewelry needs here. My ring looks better than it ever has! It’s all straightened up and looking brand new… and for old jewelry, that’s very exciting!!!

I bought a cz necklace that had a broken clasp. I took it too a couple other jewelry shops and they all said return it to Ross where it was purchased. Luckily I found this amazing jewelry store in Rifle who fixed it in 5 mins and didn’t charge me a dime. Made my day extra bling bling.

I am so thankful I found One Jewelers!!! My fiancé proposed with his Grandmothers ring, which I love, but I wanted to update it and make it my own... I was able to go into One Jewelers and chat with Nick and Nicole about options on how we could personalize my ring…They helped me come up with a great and very reasonable solution. They were able to reset the diamonds in a new mount on the original band that modernized the ring and created a design that I loved. I wouldn’t have thought we would’ve been able to do something like that so easily. They were incredibly kind and easy to work with. Really saw my vision and made it happen. Now I will plan to visit them anytime I have jewelry questions, repairs, or just for a nice visit to get my jewelry cleaned. Thank you...

I am sad to say this is the first review I have written for One Jewelers. I was introduced to them a few years ago and have had so many great experiences with Nick and Nichole. They fixed a chip on my wedding ring, then I bought some beautiful, handcrafted earrings that I was able to do a purchase plan on.

The most recent excursion - I have a friend that lost a diamond out of her ring. She asked if I knew of anyone in the Carbondale area that could repair her wedding ring. I said, "No, but I know a great place in Rifle". Fast Forward - I bring the ring to Nick at one Jewelers, expecting to drop it off and pick it up at a later date. Last night I noticed that one of the diamonds in the halo around my ring had fallen out. 😭 My husband took it in this morning to see what they could do to fix it and they had it replaced/tightened the other stones in less than 30 minutes! On top of that Nick was very knowledgeable and kind, my husband had nothing but great things to say about him after the encounter. And the price was extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs! We won’t be going anywhere...
