Cafe 168 Pho and Ramen — Restaurant in Rifle

After a long drive from Iowa, we arrived in Rifle just in time for a late dinner. Once we walked into Cafe 168, Eric immediately greeted and accommodated my big family, making room for us, offering menus and providing us with drinks.

The selection was great, prep and service were quick, and the servings were generous. All of their noodle bowls are delicious and heaping with fillings and their sushi rolls were all so tasty! We couldn't stop sharing with each other!

We stopped based on the Google reviews. We did get takeout which may have detracted from the experience. My yakisoba noodles were unimpressive, as was the pho. Mainly noodles & chewy pork. Absolutely excellent Asian food. We got a chicken-rice dish and two things of sushi to share and it was all very good. The service was friendly. Be aware that this is a very small place with only four tables. We went on Saturday and had to get take-out since the tables were reserved. Maybe that wouldn't be a problem during the week.
