Learning to dive with Claire was a genuinely rewarding experience. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability always clear, calm, and patient, with just enough humor to keep things engaging without losing focus. Her clever (and often hilarious) mnemonic devices made safety protocols easy to remember and surprisingly enjoyable.

I had initial reservations about going beyond 30 feet, but Claire never rushed the process. Her steady guidance and quiet confidence made all the difference. By the time we reached 60 feet, I felt completely comfortable and even curious to go deeper. That shift in confidence was entirely due to her thoughtful instruction.

Each day was effortlessly smooth, not because the logistics were simple, but because Claire had anticipated every need. She was attentive without hovering, flexible when plans needed adjusting, and consistently made us feel supported. And the snacks... they were phenomenal. We felt genuinely cared for!

The dives themselves were extraordinary. We swam alongside sea turtles, spotted stingrays gliding along the sand, and observed nurse sharks in their natural habitat. Claire’s knowledge and passion for the ocean added depth to the experience—she didn’t just guide us through the water, she helped us connect with it.

I did my PADI Rescue Diver and Emergency First Responder Courses with Claire at Nautilus Adventures, and it was AWESOME! Claire is incredibly knowledgable, passionate, patient, and professional when it comes to everything surrounding SCUBA diving and underwater adventures! While the Rescue Diver course is known to be a very challenging (yet very rewarding!) course, Claire still found ways to make it FUN! It's an amazing gift that she has. :)

After my courses, I also did some guided fun diving with Claire and Nautilus Adventures, and WOW! Talk about going above and beyond to take care of her divers! The wave/water conditions were a little bit tricky during my time there, and yet, she was still able to come up with great dive sites for us to optimize our fun whilst staying safe and respecting the vast power of Mother Ocean!

My husband Josh and I just got certified as scuba divers, and we truly could not have asked for a better instructor! From start to finish, she made the entire experience feel magical. Her patience, humor, and whimsical energy put us at ease right away—and her ability to clearly explain everything with simple, relatable examples made learning both easy and fun.

She provided all the gear we needed (top-notch equipment!) and kept us fueled with delicious snacks and cold water throughout the day. All we had to do was show up and have a blast!

We saw sea turtles, seahorses, nurse sharks, stingrays, starfish, cowfish, puffer fish, and so much more. The coral reefs were vibrant and colorful. Every dive felt like a dream.

Her passion for the ocean is contagious, and her calm, friendly demeanor made us feel totally safe and confident underwater.
