No idea where any of these 5 star reviews came from. We ordered the skillet nachos and they look absolutely nothing like the pictures. One we got with king fish and it smelled so bad that we just threw it away. The chicken sliders were also terrible. I wish I would’ve taken pictures for you to see how bad they really were. Also made with the cheapest tasting yellow nacho cheese I’ve ever had. No guac, no pico like the photos. Just the nasty cheese, gone bad fish, black beans, and a tiny bit of sour cream. Read moreThe owners of the place are the nicest people! I went snorkeling at Black Eagle Beach, then changed in the bathroom at the aqua pool bar. I proceeded to leave my backpack in the stall and drove all the way back to San Juan. When I arrived in San Juan, I realized I didn’t have my backpack and called the pool bar. Sure enough, they had it. I asked if I could come by at 7:30am the next day to retrieve my backpack before flying out of San Juan. They were accommodating and hand delivered the backpack to me when I got there. I even tried offering them money for it but they refused. Super great people...

We had a long day already and it is in the same parking lot as the reserve so we decided to try it out. From the very moment we came to this place, we were met with excellent customer service to the point that it made our experience. The drinks were on point and very well made and the food was just perfect. It was a nice casual environment and we were able to lounge at the pool and relax.
