Just to start, I am very forgiving at restaurants. I work as a restaurant manager, which means I understand a lot of things can happen and the struggles of the industry. That being said...

It was me and my wife so we were only in a group of two. The restaurant was about a little under half full, and it's a fairly small place overall. The only option for groups of two are a small table with two stools, which also has the bar blocking the view of the ocean. Fairly uncomfortable, but it was their policy that the other tables were for groups of three or more so I understood. We order drinks and an app to start. The app took about 20-25 mins, which was a tad on the long side but not too bad. The app itself was good, but the drinks tasted a little cheap. After we finished the app was the major issue. We waited an hour after they took our empty app plate and cup, and no one came back to our table to ask if we wanted to order dinner or even if we wanted a refill. After the hour we wanted food so bad we left cash for what we thought was the total (there was no drink menu so we could only guess the prices), and just left. We couldn't even get someone to get us our bill after an hour.

I give 2 stars instead of 1 only because the food was not bad by any means, and they have a great view for parties of 3 or more. However, it's hard to justify such a long wait just for someone to take our food order.

A quick note; they were not crazy busy, and there were a few different servers walking around so I know they were properly staffed for the business.

Overall TLDR:

Cons WAY too long a wait time to place order Best seating only for larger parties, so not couples friendly Drinks were very average for the area.

Beautiful view/scenery 😍 🤩 👌🏽 however the food wasn't that great at all. Starting with the cocktails, I tried both the passion fruit mojito and sangria and I can attest the mojito was just okay and the sangria was undrinkabke, the taste was objectivly awful 😖 like of the used a cooking wine for it. I was very disappointed 😞 and then the linguine with Mahi-mahi and shrimp with aoli sauce I ordered to share with my son was good in texture and presentation yet flavorless. When I tell u that was my 10 years old boy who started asking for salt and pepper cuz he told me: mommy my pasta doesn't have flavor but the shrimp is really good and yes when I tried it, indeed he was very right so we ordered more aioli, parmesan and salt and pepper to put little bit of taste there cuz it wasn't there. Also they didn't have any mofongo availables (main dishes we wanted to eat) and the restroom area is very uncomfortable. The customer service was friendly, fast and attentive so for that and the beautiful spot I would give them 6.9 out of 10 but I don't see myself having a meal there...

Nope nope nope. Giving this two stars because the view truly is gorgeous from the beach here but that’s where the goodness mostly ended for us. We came for my mother in law’s 70th birthday dinner as a group of 8.

The food is nothing special sadly. Most of it tastes like it came out of a freezer bag (vegetables, mixed seafood linguine, so forth). The fried foods were good enough so they do that okay— fried sampler platter, fried shrimp, fried jalapeños. The margarita and mojito cocktails were weak so stick with the beers or actually white wine- we bought a bottle.

We ended up leaving after the meh food and my sister in law getting sick from scallops that were mixed in the mixed seafood that obviously came out of a bag and wasn’t fresh. It was gross, tiny and rubbery like a pencil eraser. To make matters worse sitting at the water means very very slow service. Like we eventually had to all get up and go to the bar where the waiters were just hanging out to get the bill we’d asked for twice already. Overall not worth it...
