Ringgold City Pool — Local services in Ringgold

I love this pool. It is a very clean and family friendly environment. My family and I find it very peaceful and relaxing and it is a very minimal cost to enter or buy a season pass. All the lifeguards (too many to mention), are all very fit, capable, and on the ball. Our daughter is a good swimmer, but it is still comforting to know that you can count on all the young men and women in red if there is any concern or commotion. I mention this emphatically even more so because their presence around the poolside should really be appreciated by the patrons and even more so by the staff who hired them, because they can take the credit for such wise and selective hiring...thanks Ringgold Pool for giving us a relief from the intense heat and helping to break up the summer days with some peaceful...

Giving it a 2, and that’s only because at least the water was clear. 1. Lifeguards were young & seemed to have little supervision. I saw kids getting shoved into the pool, diving off the diving board virtually on top of each other & lifeguards were either oblivious or didn't care about safety. 2. Bathrooms are dismal. In the men's restroom, one toilet stall has no door, and the other one has no way to secure it shut. AND FOLKS, IT'S BEEN THAT WAY SINCE LAST YEAR!! Plenty of time to get a $2 latch at Walmart. 3. ONE umbrella in the pool area. ONE. 4. Obnoxious teens' behavior offending adults, foul language, sexual harassment, and lifeguards hear it and say/do NOTHING. Fort Oglethorpe pool is about 15 minutes away, $1 more per person, and 10x better. Come on, City of...

Planned a birthday party here and it was a terrible experience. I got there at eight o'clock trying to hurry and get everything put together for a birthday and they were fixing to leave and told me they were closed and didn't have nothing scheduled for that day. After having to have everyone from my party wait outside while we wait to figure everything out. I lost about twenty five minutes of our party time that we paid for. Even though they did work with me on planning for the last minute. That was still alot of money and inconvenience for me. Would just advise you that if you did plan a party I would call that day to make sure your party has not been forgotten.
