United States Postal Service — Local services in Ringwood

After reading the reviews I can’t believe the lies. No politics were ever spoken. I have been huh king there for several years and never heard such talk. Maybe certain people are just mad because their certain party lost. So stop your lying. Also if you ran in to Ringwood post office 6 minutes before closing how did you drive to another post office, park, and run in within a minute since you had 5 minutes to send package at other post office. Another lie!!! Maybe don’t hold up employees and leave your house earlier. Sounds selfish to me. I always had a great experience at Ringwood post office. Front desk employees are very helpful. This post office has the nicest staff I have ever encountered. I have been in the area for several years and have met each person due to a transaction of some kind. They are ALWAYS PLEASANT & INFORMATIVE. I have never seen them in a bad mood or unpleasant so I can’t comment there. They helped me mail a birthday gift at the last minute of the day to my granddaughter which was a wonderful gesture since they were closing very soon after. Hopefully the staff will be at this location for a very long time. I was spoken to in a very rude manner when I arrived. The post office was trying to close 5 minutes early and would not allow anyone in trying to claim they were closed with still a few minutes to spare. Regardless of the fact they should have still been open for a few minutes, it is the holiday season and I was belittled and spoken down. Need to work on how to better speak to customers especially during a stressful holiday season. A simple, unfortunately we are closing but you can return tomorrow at this time, these are the hours.
