3.7✓ Looking for a place to get Chinese on Xmas Day with my brother, who recently moved to Ringwood, I asked Google Assistant "Where's the closest Chinese?" and this was it, and they were actually open! It filled the bill nicely, since my husband was looking for something a little lighter than Chinese, and I could go either Chinese or Thai any day of the week. It's a tiny-looking strip mall storefront but with at least 5 booths and as many small tables. Just tidy, cozy, relaxed, no-frills surroundings with prompt, pleasant, attentive service & speedy, tasty food - and if you're in the right company to begin with, that might be all you need for a perfectly enjoyable meal. One feature we noticed & appreciated: sauces are light & full of real ingredient flavor rather than heavy, sticky, or syrupy, or oversweet or oversalted. WARNING ☢ I would give them a 0 if it was an option. I have supported this business for 15 years. The food has declined to the point I will no longer be a customer. They have become very rude, while their customers are no longer a priority, as well. The delivery man deliberately kept hitting our $220 video doorbell, and broke it. I have been a customer of Guan Long restaurant in Bloomingdale for a year now. Always amazing, delicious fresh food. Made with quality ingredients. Customer service is outstanding.
