dairy queen ringwood — Restaurant in Ringwood

I remember walking into this Dairy Queen as a child with my parents, then a teen with my friends & now as an adult with my father and nephew.. it’s a family ran Dairy Queen & it’s something you notice when walking through the doors. Nicely kept with bright colors and ample amount of seating. Kind and considerate service with smiling faces. You can tell this family takes pride in ownership & it’s something I greatly appreciate! They had tons of options which I’ve never even heard of before which was nice. I opted for the sherbet as the 2 boys went for the classic soft serve chocolate! Thank you, I look forward to coming back in for another sweet treat ! ( I know the little guy does too...

Very uncomfortable experience. Asked to sample a flavor, when I chose to order another flavor, the employees response was "So you tried the other flavor and didn't want it? What, you didn't like it..." When it came to check out, it seemed like an annoyance to the employee I was paying with a card. When their equipment wouldn't read my chip card, what seemed like the manger/owner explained "I get charged every time I insert your card, so if it doesn't work this next time, you need to figure out a different way to pay." Will be taking my business elsewhere...

Greta service and ice cream! The mother - son service is sweet and kind. They both have fantastic customer service. I would recommend that they, including the stores around them in the shopping mall, get a store facelift. Not only does the mall have old esthetics but they don’t have any place for outside seating. This Dairy Queen is a favorite destination after baseball games and often there isn’t enough sitting. An outside space would be very helpful. Great service and ice cream deserves...
