I’ve been a loyal customer here, but this visit was disappointing. I placed an online order and went to the pickup window after being skipped in the drive-thru. Instead of being helped, I was scolded for not parking — even though the lot was full and there were no signs indicating that was required.

What is the point of having two lines the first line it is super long waited almost 30 minutes for them to get my order but another car goes through the second lane and they get their order first than need while I have been waiting here for 30 minutes I do not see that fair for all the other persons that have been waiting online for the first line almost for 30 minutes for just a car to come in the second lane, and for them to get their order...

This shop isn’t the same anymore. Idk if they changed their recipes or if they do things different now. The workers used to be welcoming and love to talk about the littlest things, but now it seems they hate their job. Idk if it’s a management problem but they look completely miserable and burnt out.
