Swier Tire Center — Local services in Ripon

Went for an oil change left without a hubcap! Firstly I made an appointment for 11 but wasn’t serviced till about an hour and a half after I dropped my vehicle off. Looks like they were servicing multiple other cars that may have been walk ins, not sure what the point of an appointment is if they are going to service walk ins first but thats besides the point. Oil change was good, but they gave me a complimentary tire rotation and someone didn’t fasten on the hubcap correctly afterwards. Drove not even a street away and it fell right off my tire onto the road. Went back and felt like the owner really didn’t care, looked at my car for 30 seconds MAYBE and told me he’d look for a replacement and call me back, no other info about cost, time or anything, went straight back to his conversation like I wasn’t still standing outside. I left feeling like I was just brushed off. Gave him some grace and waited for a couple of hours with no call. Called back and was told he’d be 5 minutes, but ended up waiting another hour. Finally got ahold of him and he told me they’d cover the cost of the replacement and I’d get a call back. Nearly a week later and nothing. I understand parts are hard to find, but no updates? No call back to apologize? My car looks like junk now and I’m stuck trying to fix...

We’re on the way to Yosemite. But suddenly have a weird sound at the car front. We were scared that it can cause some issue. We googled and find auto car repair at Ripon where is the closest auto car repair location. Before we came to Swier, we went to other two places. We went to the 1st place, it said that we need to wait for two weeks and share another two auto repair places. We went to the 2nd place, the man helped take a look and say that there might be an issue with our left brake or Engine belt, but they can’t fix it until next week. Then we came to the Swier Tire Center. The gentleman was very kind and immediately ask him manager, an experienced guy to take a look. And this old man power immediately tells that it’s probably the left front break in 10 seconds. Then another two experienced guy came and help take out our tires to check and find something was scratching the brake rod and help check when issues was resolved might during tire taking off. Finally they saved our day and say that it’s a free check. They solved the issue within 30 minutes and for free! Unbelievable, they saved our trip and be so kind. We were almost planning to rent a car (Avis or enterprise about 10-15 minutes) to continue our trip Yosemite…. Enjoy🍀 and...

I took my vehicle here to install a lift and purchase bigger tires. I had to drop it off in the evening so they could work on it the next day. I was told it would be parked inside a building overnight. When I picked the vehicle up, I noticed an emblem had been pulled off. I asked if the vehicle had been left outside overnight and they said yes. The replacement emblem is $60 and I received no offer for compensation. I got in the car to drive away and multiple check engine lights were on. The shop was closing so I had to come back another day. I came back a week later and was told the ABS speed sensor was broken but they didn’t do it. My vehicle is older, so that may or may not be the case, but it was another $200. I told Daniel that my vehicle was shaking while driving at highway speeds. He said he would check the tire balance when I had the sensor fixed. I went to pick the vehicle up and the balancing hadn’t been done. He said I could leave it overnight and he’d do it the next day. I declined. I don’t want to lose anymore emblems. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place...
