You do not move to an apartment because of nice staff. You move to an apartment that is worth moving to. Do not let their niceness trick you into moving here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Faulty stove. Faulty refrigerator. Faulty lighting (sometimes they work sometimes they don't). Faulty outlets. Dips in the floors. Roach infestation. Spider infestation. Black mold. Leaking roof. Weak air conditioning. No outside lighting at night. Extremely slow maintenance. All of my doors have come off the hinges at some point. People, especially elderly tenants, are literally getting hurt just walking around their apartment. At least the stray cats help keep the snakes away. I've lived here since Feb 2020 and have had all the same problems since day one. This is my 3rd and hopefully last year here. NONE of my next door neighbors have stayed for even 6 months since ive moved here. I am only still here because of the pricing but my rent has gone up every renewal and I still have the same--no, worse--issues as when I moved in 3 years ago. New management came not too long ago and made sure evictions were up to par, made sure to update the late fees, made sure people took decorations out of their yard.... I literally could complain all day but I will just talk about the most recent time, when the power went out in half of my apartment (bathroom, bedroom, laundry room and hallway)(you know, the important half). I informed the leasing office. I was literally still on the phone when I heard the lady in the leasing office speak directly to the maintenance man about our power. You know what happens next? Nothing. A week later I get a knock on my door. Guess who? It's maintenance, wondering if my power was still out 🤨 Which by then had magically fixed itself.

The apartment itself is just shit. They actually have potential but the work and care is not being put in. New management also gave me the highest jump in rent I have had since I've lived here. If it is this or being homeless then take it, but these apartments are just NOT worth it.

UPDATE: Guess what guys? Got evicted. Never been evicted before so I wasn't sure how it worked. I sent the complex an email in April 2024 saying I would no longer be able to pay and asking when the eviction would take place. Got no response, left in May 2024. Now they say I owe them over $9,000. Have you ever known anyone to be evicted and still be charged for the next 6 months?? They say I didn't return the key or come to the office to speak to them. Fair enough. Except that MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IN AN EMAIL WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ORIGINALLY, BUT NO, THEN THEY WOULDNT GET $9K OUT OF ME...

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The 5 star reviews are FAKE!! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! The management went from bad to worse in the last two months. The management are liars. Management is rude, ignorant, ghetto, and unprofessional. They do not fix anything in a timely manner, if some things they'll even fix at all. They have the nerve to be upset because you actually want a decent place to live in for what you pay for! You can get REALLY nice modern two bedroom apartments for what they have the audacity to charge here! This place is overran with cats. People are allowed to come dump their trash and furniture here with no repercussions. The entire plumbing system needs a complete overhaul. There is mold here. I have never been so sick in my life since I moved into this travesty. I needed to move ASAP from where I was at, and basically took the first thing I was approved for. I wish I had more time because I was approved for a house literally two days after I moved here! The people in the office have no idea what they're doing. Corporate is a joke! The whole outfit needs to be shut down. Literally filed litigation against this company recently. My attorney says they've had a million complaints against them. DYOR! But definitely stay away. I repeat ... DO NOT MOVE HERE!...

I have rented for 4 years starting 2017. The property has drastically gone down since 2017. Currently there is drug activity, the environment is totally unsafe from unruly and disrespectful neighbor's, the grounds have been disregarded, there seems to be a magnate for unprofessional and unethical behaviors and the units are literally falling apart from refusal of the office staff to issue orders when maintenance is needed and refusal of maintenance to answer calls unless you plan on doing favors. I have an exceptional rental record but am treated as an aggravation. The office is a breeding ground for unethical practices. There are more people leaving than choosing to stay because of how badly the apartments have gone down. Corporate either is not aware or chooses to operate in plausible deniability. I would suggest to move your family and loved ones to another location. Cheap rent....you get what you pay for! This location is very unsafe, unkept inside and out and is lacking professionals with tact, demeanor or Customer Service Skills. I will vacate the first available time presented!! RENTER BEWARE..
