Entering it was closed off on the right side of the building and signs saying the doors were not accessible. My booth seat was sunken in terribly no matter where I sat. I ordered quite a bit and I had a coconut drink which I was told had pineapple juice and two other liquors in it along with the Malibu. It came out and it tasted horrible, as if it had been sitting in a blender for days. The sushi roll I ordered was missing the fish eggs and no spicy mayo neither. It was paired with wasabi and supposedly ginger. The ginger was dry and a very pale light yellow-greenish color. After tasting a couple pieces it was not at all good. I cannot describe the taste. The crab angels were hot and good but the sweet & sour sauce was watery. My entree came on an enormous platter. It looks great, but was flavorless and what I suspected was the beef was not how beef normally looks. The tempura shrimp was delicious though. The regular shrimp was as well. I liked the broccoli and other veggies in the mixture but that was about it. Oh I believe there was chicken in there too sliced thing like the beef parts. Overall the service was nice as the waitress was very polite. The drink I said was not good the waitress went and got someone for me to talk to. I took home my entree which I forgot to mention came with steamed rice that was very dry but hey I guess when you mix it with the abundance of flavorless sauce that came with the meal it would be fine. I gave this a 2 star because I guess the blonde hair I got in my plate was theirs as I have dark braids. The waitress packed up the food for me by double bagging it and I didn’t open it again until late last night. My bad for not taking the hair picture but by the time I got my phone and came back to the table it was gone. I think my AC was blowing too much for it to stay put. I paid over $63...
Read moreMy first visit I gave 5 ⭐'s as it was carry out: this time I dined in. First, I requested to be seated at the Hibachi Grill and was told there was NO seating at the grill for one 🤷🏽♀️ok. So, I was offered dine-in and accepted. Well, when the server arrives, I asked what is in a "Chi Chi" from the drink menu for which the server says "I get someone, we really busy right now". They weren't busy. A family of at least 7 walks in and the same Server seats them RIGHT NEXT TO ME, with all the available seating in the area - we were the only people in the dining room. Server then looks at me and says "you want to move, you can move if you want"?? Uhh, no - especially since I was already served soup on a table I cleaned off with a Lysol wipe because I could see areas where there were water spots from drinks. Dropped my wallet and saw and touched the floor that wasn't cleaned under my table. So, the table of 7 received their dine-in order before I received my order, and the server was so busy catering to her "table of 7 regulars" she even puts MY food on THEIR table. I'm watching as, she takes my plate and set it aside, finished serving them and then brings the plate to me set it down, and begin to slowly back away when I said "didn't you just get that off of their table"??????😕 Server: 😷uhh they not touch it, nobody touch it. Uhhh: but it was leaned in on and looked at long enough for the people to say it's not theirs??? So, if I send back this $29.95 plate with a smidgen of lobster, in a restaurant that is slow, during a pandemic what's the worst that could happen???🤔🤔🤔🤦🏾♀️ May I have a carry out container, thanks for not charging me for the drink and,...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting Oasis International Cuisine in Georgia. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you’re interested in exploring several different cultures in one setting. Or you’re with a group of people or on a date night and desire to eat different types of cultural food. It was a beautiful atmosphere and decorated and well lit inside. They had separate sides to the restaurant. One decorated more with a Mexican theme and the other side more Oriental. The staff were friendly and helpful with the menu and provided great service to my guest and I. My guest and I dined on the more Asian aesthetic side and enjoyed sushi for the evening. We ordered 3 rolls and fresh hot Green tea. There was only one roll that didn’t taste as enjoyable as the others which was a little disappointing, however the overall taste and texture were all great. The quality of fish was good but it can be fresher. Along with more sushi options to choose from would be nice than the regular ones you tend to find from sushi restaurants. I will definitely return to try out some of the other food options that are available at this location. The privacy and quiet area of the restaurant was perfect for an intimate dining experience which I loved because it wasn’t overcrowded with guests. The cost of the food came up to around $55 for just two guests which was more expensive than I expected as 3 rolls and hot tea were ordered. Thank you and I’ll be back soon to visit and...
