Bought a 10kt rose/gold ring back in 2019, over time it tarnished. which surprised me anyway, I took it in for “cleaning”...was told by the employee & owner that it would get sent out to the factory (free of cost) for a “redip” a week later I came by to pick up my ring. The redip was fine but I noticed a diamond was missing. The owner was immediately notified. He would send it back for fixing, courtesy of American Jewelers.

I spent a month back & fourth each time for the same reason, the diamond was out of place. The job was poorly done. After the fourth request to send it back for fixing, it was evident the owner was upset. He began to raise his voice at me & told us (my daughter & me) to leave his store. I didn’t catch his name but it was a dark skinned indian man with glasses. He refused to sent it again claiming it wasn’t his fault & because I had no warranty on my ring he was not spend his “family owned business’ money” to fix my ring.Very much regret coming here. The owner is VERY disrespectful.

Don't purchase from them. My wife purchased a ring on Monday. She wanted to return the ring on Friday. They don't do refunds. The individual she purchased it from informed her she would be able to exchange or return within 7 days. She went back and they only allowed her to exchange.
