Visited this location on 10-05-2020 to make a purchase for my 6 year wedding ring upgrade. My total came out to be $6,000 for what was suppose to be a 3.02 ct diamond ring. My first instinct told me to purchase it straight from the display and worry about sizing later. I SHOULD’VE LISTENED! upon my ring getting “sized” to a size I already didn’t ask for it was switched and I stood firm on that! If my ring was gone be sized it should’ve been sized to a 5 3/4... yet they insisted I took a 6 but the original ring was a “7”. My entire energy and mood changed instantly seeing them play in my face like that. I immediately pointed out all the flaws in the ring they insisted I take and just sleep on and return in a few days for a new sizing.. I arrived 10-06-20 at approximately 10:20am to yet again voice my concern and request the issue be fixed or I receive a full refund because I was positive yesterday and even more positive today..I was told to leave the ring and come back in 3 hours. Upon this latest arrival at 1:30pm I was stalled out until they located “the ring” which was also different and missing a WHOLE DIAMOND. again I point this out like you guys can’t be serious and I was told “oh that lil stone can be popped back in” obviously how they switched them to begin with. After several disagreements and arguments I was finally given a refund less $200 I was charged for a restocking and sizing fee. On my initial day of purchase I already didn’t like how I made it to the door and they asked for my original 3.02 ct diamond receipt back and ripped it up to quickly to hand me a receipt with a new inaccurate description and diamond weight. Not to mention they offer a specific leasing option but they will make calls to a another store to run your credit under a entire different store! When i walk in all happy because I’m cash ready to buy, I’m greeted by a nice guy, shows me watches & having amazing convo. He goes to talk prices to another guy and that rep comes out, start strictly pushing prices, dissing all other jewelers work and basically throws a temper tantrum because i mentioned other jewelers prices! So i politely walked out, while simply saying “calm down”. What did the rep say “don’t tell me to calm down bro, im calm”. Sir, goodbye. Relax, learn customer service and be better! Moral of the story!
