Pretty meh. The drinks are way too sweet. Little to no tea variety when it comes to tea itself. One of the items is called "ube taro" but I'm pretty sure it's just taro, since there's no other ube items on the menu, just taro. One item is called "back tea" when I'm pretty sure it's just oolong like the other oolong on the menu. For anyone who frequents boba shops and knows their boba, this spot isn't it. One of the 4 drinks I ordered was overfill and therefore not sealed properly. I had removed boba from my items on the kiosk and it added it back. Not much seating. Pretty empty seating area with all the tables pushed to one side. It's next to a panda express but it would have been nice if this place had some kind of small snack or food like most boba spots do. Love coming here for boba when in the Berwyn area. Today service was bad. Came after an event and placed my order. There were already three girls waiting for their order when we came in. After we placed our order, two guys came in and placed their order. We had already paid and were waiting for our drinks. The guys who placed their order after us received their order before ours. We noticed the girls working tonight did not even start our order until the guys had gotten their order. There was also another guy who was there before we came in talking to one of the girls and she was not doing anything. The drinks were not sealed right and the additional toppings we paid for were not added. We were rushed out, as soon as we left they rushed to lock the doors. I always order matcha coffee hot from here I love it. However today it was so upsetting I got a lousy no foam nasty coffee. I did call she tried saying it melted absolutely not , I'm an expert I've been ordering from here for a long time, including the drink I get when I get my nails done. Never have I ever gotten this bad of a coffee because it was not a matcha coffee. I really hope this is a one time deal and train their girls better. I'm submitting pictures as proof because I love my coffee and got a lousy Dunkin version of coffee. No foam, no matcha just nasty sweet coffee. Undrinkable. I'm not driving all the way back.
