One of the worst experiences with buying furniture I have ever experienced. Nas was great until he wasn't. He helped me from beginning to get everything ordered and shipped, but when it came to shipping is where he let the ball drop and when I say drop I mean drop. He told me it would take about a week for shipping give or take. I ordered the cabinet on the 15th which took about a week for him to receive and then another week for delivery, but it actually took 12 days and whenever I called to check what was happening with delivery he just said I will check. Little did I know that when it was picked up for delivery that it would switch hands 4 times before it arrived to me. He was no help in getting any answers for me. Told me I expected too much because I did not want my furniture scratched or doors woompyjawed as they were the first time I ordered from somewhere else. This is why I went out of my state to order from someone who I thought was great, but actually turned out when he got the money he could have cared less. The furniture he told me would be delivered to inside my door. Well as it turns out the delivery company did not notify me they were in my driveway and just left the piece of furniture sitting on skid in my drive. Not covered, no notification from anyone that it was sitting outside and no help to bring it inside to my garage which was protocol. I called Nas immediately after learning the furniture was dumped in my driveway and he said, call them back and have them come pick it up. He was not going to help me in the least. HE IS WORTHLESS and a terrible business owner as far as I am concerned. Once again only caring about his own pocket and not for the customer. He knew the situation I was in as well. Read morePassed by this store on the way to get groceries, and boy am I happy I did! Eddie and Nas, the two brothers who run the store, are true examples of exemplary customer service. I was never told ‘no’ outright to any request or if something I requested wasn’t possible, I was always provided with an equivalent alternative option. You can tell they really care about their customers and are willing to work with them. I was surprised by how many options they have in the store, and they even have more outside the store as well that can be viewed in a digital catalog. Homeline Furniture has a good mix of styles, but I was looking for something more modern and was not disappointed by their collection just in the store alone. I walked out of there with a whole dining set and living room package at a can’t-be-beat-price (they’ll even match or beat competitors)! Read moreWhere do I start...we were recommended to this furniture store so we thought we would have a great experience...WRONG! We went inside the store and ordered our furniture like normal which was ok but once it came to pricing and ensuring the customer of every dollar amount that would be spent that’s when the problem occurred. We paid half up front for our furniture and left with the amount that we thought would be our final amount through their snap program but we were fooled. When we went to pay off the remaining balance 4weeks later we were told the amount was more because of taxes. Our consultant MOE told us the store doesn’t charge taxes if snap (finance company) charge taxes. So once we checked our invoice, the store did charge taxes and we still had to pay snap taxes. Once we respectfully comforted MOE via telephone he basically told us we didn’t have common sense because of the way HE explained everything was inaccurate.
