Honestly this place doesn't even deserve a star first off they base their prices of ebay... which is an auction site then they have very rude managers a latin male and Caucasian woman they low ball you they offered me a total of 45$ for 4 brand new ps4 games a multi purpose air pump and a 800 watt power converter they even tried to offer 10$ for a 1923 silver dollar valued at 10,000 $ crooked place they should be shut down by the better buisness bureau the only reason i made my pawn is because i had to pay a unexpected expense for medication my insurance wouldn't cover and it was open till 8 and i knew my stuff would be out in 3 days other than that i would not have pawned this place really sucks stay away don't give them buisness so they can continue...

Today I went to purchase a focusrite product from EZ pawn in North Riverside. The box sticker said $25. The associate said it would be $5 extra for a six-month warranty, which I was fine with. As she rang the product she said that the price advertised on the box was incorrect. I said to her, that I expected the price posted to be honored. I just came here to try and sell my backbone, which I spoke to someone on the phone and said they give me $20 if it’s in great condition. I came in so they can see it and the point of me selling it is because I have a new phone and it’s not compatible with it.
