Panda Express — Restaurant in Riverside Township

A girl named julissa was rude today as I went in there to purchase food for my family after a long day of property showings . I honestly feel if the girl cant handle it job wise, she should stay home ,i told her to relax and she wanted to treat me some type of way after the 2nd time. how do you give a customer who askes for chilie Sauce and order almost 60.00 of food get 3 sauces then when i asked her for more she rolled her eyes and gives me more then she tells me what you want more with an attitude. Made me feel as if I was asking for charity and I dont ask for charity if I pay for food I expect good service period. I get it ur busy and maybe upset but i will report it to the BBB i hate wasting my time with teens that don't like there job or work environment and the customer shouldn't stand there and take ur attitude. I stopped her as she was charging me and told her to relax because I was a general manager and I understand the pressure of running restaurants but dont treat customers rudely not there fault . Thats how you loose them (customers) ill be fallowing up because i wouldn't want to stop going there because I dont want to see her face i have a propertyclose by and i shouldnt have to go else where because of her nasty attitude. The food wasn't enjoyable after that . When i told her to relax because she was rude her face turned white someone needed to tell her something . Im not asking for charity next time somekone askes for sauce hand them at least 7or 8 seems very tacki to give the 3 !! Also I never used the app to redeem and if you check ur cameras you see me showing her my phone so she can show me how to do it and she points to the scanner and doesn't say anything at all . Like I said rude I hope I don't cross her because I will embarrass...

4/7/21 Gave this place another try but ordered online and they forgot an entree on my 3 entree plate; they did refund it But the service is still the same and they have not figured out the ordering online thing. 7/10/18:The service was great and it looks like this location got a different crew from the last time I was here. Thank GOD! The Beijing beef was great along with the Steak Shrimp I would highly recommend both from this location. They did not skimp on giving me the sauces I requested either.

So I usually go in the afternoon not around 8:32 pm big mistake This place simply in one word was a clusterf__k. The Caucasian chef was yelling at the girl on the line to communicate what was needed on the line, she mumbled back at him or ignored him. The guy on the front line was screaming back at the chefs what was needed and the chefs were rolling their eyes. Then the Caucasian chef dropped a pan and picked up to place on the counter near the vegetables are kept for cooking the dishes. I usually buy at this store but lately was been worse experience. Last time I order beef and brocoli the amount of the portion was really small 3 pieces of brocoli and 2 pieces of beef, I asked the lady if that's the right portion sizes? and she said yes. well, she was wrong is not my 1st time buying food in there and that's not the right amount. TODAY I stopped there to buy food. There was no cookers at all. One of ladies start tacking my order looks like she was new, on other one comes and told her that she was gonna do my order, there was none sweet fire chicken and when I asked how long is gonna take for them to cooked she said 5 minutes and asked her how is gonna take 5 minutes if there is no cookers at all? She went inside and come back with the same answer a couple minutes later all cookers came out and start cooking. I understand that there is Luch time or break but not everyone goes at the same time especially at restaurants. Teriyaki sauce was like jello, how I suppose to pour it in my chicken? ...
