Lane Bryant — Local services in Riverside Township

I’ve been here.. too many times. This is the closest location to me. Unfortunately it seems like I will have to be inconvenienced and have to drive to another location. IF I’m desperate because I think I’m done shopping here overall. I’ve thought about saying something and then second guessing myself. But it’s come to my attention that my experience is common. I am not skinny nor am i super big. I’m in between. I struggle to go to “normal” stores like forever 21 and find clothing or get assisted. Then I come here and feel the same. Not once have I been acknowledged as I come to the door or have been asked to help in any way. When I gained courage to ask a question I received attitude and short answer. The last time I was there I was in the dressing room with my eyes ready to pour out. Not even here was I able to feel welcome. I thought so much of these stores because of my sister shopping all the time. And I’d thought “we” know what it feels like. But I’m apparently not this stores target customer either so I guess I don’t matter. It has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in so that’s why I am finally saying something. The clothes are nice. I've been to this location many times when I need that one item I can't find at any other of their stores in the city. I drive over 20 miles from the city to shop at this location. Never had any problems in the years I've been going. When I visited the store on 11/23/19 the Cashier Maria who assisted me (burgundy/red hair older woman with glasses) was so super rude and was rushing me. She made me feel like I was bothering her at her job and inconveniencing her to ring up my items. I bought more than what I was coming to get and spent good money there. The store was very neat and clean and the manager was nice and I'll give it 2 stars just for that but no more because of that cashier. I didn't complain to the manager its not worth it, I just won't go back anymore and I'm telling everyone I know never come to this location. The stuff I purchase is not worth experience terrible service and how she made me feel. I was insulted and surprise of her demeanor and sarcastic comments. I couldn't believe it. Overall I despise bad customer service. Deals, and cleanliness of a store is not more important than respect and good customer...

Went into this location on Saturday 10/7/22 and I walked in rushing within hopes of someone would help me because it was my best friends wedding that day and I needed last min things… Caroline was there and I’m hoping I spelled her name correct but I said can you help me and she said sure while putting the items she was putting up down I said I need a strapless bra and something to snatch this stomach in and she said okay follow me we went over to the bra station and I said can you please fit me and she did everything took 15 mins I was in and out and her customer service was great… I told the lady there with her that she is awesome and I mean just that because she was straight to the point and helped me get out just in time to make it to my make up appointment at 11 am yes I will be back with hopes of her still being there cause she made my shopping process smooth and her willingness will always...
