My first shopping experience here was pleasant overall. Nearing the end of my shopping trip is where it felt off. I asked an employee with long ombré hair…(Serenity according to the receipt) about a white purse on a mannequin and she gave me the most diabolical look. She was so beautiful, but her energy was not giving. How can such a beautiful lady give such a sour off putting vibe? Anyways, she seemed extremely disinterested in assisting with my question. Thankfully, my friend found the bag as she faintly rolled her eyes and dismissed me as a paying customer. She looked at me like I asked if she wanted to buy drugs or something 🤷🏽‍♀️ when I genuinely just needed assistance.

I came in looking for a dress to wear with cowgirl boots and had no idea where to go with it and from the moment I walked in, Marleny made me feel welcomed and taken care of she also went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed.You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Some of the workers don't want to help you one day I needed a shoe and I asked one of the workers if she could give me the shoes I needed and she said “ ok let me tell someone ", and I was there waiting I think I waited like 5 mins for a girl to come and help me no one came and the girl I had asked was passing by me back and forth talking with this other employee so I stopped her and told her again “ are you going to help or no" she ended up giving me the damn shoes just because I looked upset.
