Erika is incredibly knowledgeable! I was a little nervous about dermaplaning, but her expertise really put me at ease. She took her time to explain the products she used, performed the extractions with care, and provided me with a thorough facial and skin analysis. I truly appreciated her attention to detail!

However, I did have a small hiccup with my bill that I think is worth mentioning. I ended up being charged a bit more than expected. I paid cash but didn't receive the 3% discount that was mentioned in her welcome message. I would have brought it up right away, but I felt a little awkward since she didn’t mention it herself. Also, I noticed that the cleanser I bought for about $37 (including tax) is listed for $30 on her Instagram shop.

I know $12 might not sound like a huge deal, but for many of us who save up for these services, it’s important to have clear and consistent pricing. I'm hoping this was just an oversight. I decided to share my experience because as someone who relies on reviews, I think it’s important for others to know all the details, both good and bad!

I've had the same esthetician since 2008, but recently moved to Riverside!! I visited Erika for the first time this past week and had an incredible experience! She's definitely committed to the longevity and overall health of your skin and the process to getting you to a certain goal. I told myself I was committing to getting my skin to its best state and I'm happy I have Erika as my new "skin coach". She's a girl's girl and gave me detailed explanations and steps on what she was doing (I got the new client facial) and how to use the product I purchased from her. I even asked for some recommendations in other things like makeup, etc. and she sent her honest recommendations. From the moment you meet her you can tell she has a genuine passion for helping people get their best skin! I'm excited for my future facials. She offers quite a few services and will be honest about what would be best for you. I was referred to Erika by an acquaintance. During my visit with her, she really took plenty of time analyzing my skin, and was able to understand what my areas of concern were, and what my skincare routine was like at home. She gave me recommendations as to what she was going to do during my facial. She truly customizes her facials to each person. No cookie cutter stuff.

Erika was really awesome about making sure I was comfortable both with each step and treatment, as well as being able to relax. She was careful to make sure she wasn’t causing me any pain or discomfort. She went way above and beyond during my service and my skin felt and looked incredible! She also recommended some things I could take home with me and use to help my skincare routine at home.
