Honestly, this one star is ONLY for the super nice Susie who works in the front and Betty. I have been coming to this place for a while now and I have been getting laser treatments for the longest time so, I know how it works. I had always gotten Betty who is great and does her job well. However, I was very unlucky the other day to get Michelle (the actual owner) as my laser specialist. She started the session immediately talking about what I need to do for my face. While she was doing the laser she didn't ask "how are you" or to just be quite and concentrate on what she needed to do. But nooooo, she discussed the facial treatments I needed, the rejuvenation treatments I needed. She finished in 1/4 of the time that Betty used to spend on me. Immediately she goes out comes back in and has all the lotions and products she "thinks" I need to buy. I went along and didn't complain because I never do. BUT, after a few days passed I noticed their were patches of prickly hair coming out in different areas. They were not the kind of hairs that were going to fall off after the procedure. These are prickly hairs indicating that she missed A LOT of spots on the treated area. I still wasn't super upset because I thought "I've been with them for a few years they are going to take care of their HUGE mistake and their loyal customer." So, I give them a call and after a few phone calls I get the worst reply. Michelle wouldn't even speak to me she had her "office manager" call and they gave a very simple, firm NO. She said, "Michelle thinks she did a good job and she has her physician's assistant degree". I mean she think she did a good job? Ridiculous!!! I don't care how much education you have, that doesn't mean you can't make a mistake or do a bad job. I literally have patches of prickly hair on my face because the supposed owner did a terrible job. DON'T ever come here!!! I'm not sure how she got her degree or even opened this business because she obviously doesn't know anything about her work or customer service. They are obviously just trying to make money. I feel bad for her because she not only lost a very loyal customer but she can never get anywhere treating her...

This review is loooong overdue. I began my journey with FUN by Michelle years ago when I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. I've done about 4 rounds of laser hair removal for the Brazilian areas (the MOST stubborn area no matter where you go!) and about finished my last few sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms and legs. Let me tell you, I am BEYOND happy with my results!!

I'm not much into beauty and have 0 clue when it comes to skin care, makeup, beauty routines, etc. I just wanted to get to a point where I didn't have to shave since thick, dark hair like mine makes it a huge chore and I was so. Over. It!! However I was nervous at first since I have a low pain tolerance. Let me tell you, there is virtually no pain! Even if it gets a tad bit uncomfortable (think snapping a small rubbing band against skin), I let the team know and they're able to adjust so I don't feel the discomfort.

Anabel, Michelle, Suzy, Laura, and Betty are ALWAYS amazing to me. They're personable, professional, and always make me feel welcome! Pricing is always reasonable. I shopped around for other quotes for laser hair removal just to see and most other places wanted to charge me $3,000+ for legs, Brazilian, and underarms. I spend less then $1k for all of that here!

I also had Michelle remove a few moles on my face and they healed extremely well! Didn't even have scars!

I've never felt pressured into buying things I didn't need here and scheduling has always been easy. I highly recommend Michelle and her team!

They've helped make my life so much easier! The only time I need to do any sort of shaving now a days is right before my appointment with Anabel to prep for the procedure. Saving money, time, and energy by cutting those "everything showers" out of my life is something I will ALWAYS be grateful for. Thank you so much to the wonderful team of ladies at FUN...

The PA running this place should have her credentials checked after the work she did on me. Went in for Botox and cheek filler, came out with 2 black eyes and asymmetrical Botox injections. Then went back twice per their request to “fix it” only to be shooshoo’d away by the PA who did the work when I didn’t want to fork out more than the $2000+ I had already paid for this wack job. The black followed by bags under my eyes i never had previously stuck around nearly 2 months (she injected a filler not recommended for under eyes in my under eyes)... just in time for the Botox to wear off. Despite another PA in her office pointing out the issues in my follow up visit, there was no consequence or accountability. You can’t dispute a medical issue with the credit card (I tried) and I wasn’t prepared to waste more time in a small claims court. Fortunately these were temporary procedures and after 5 months I’m back to normal, just out the $2200 I wasted at Fun by Michelle, and a very unfun experience.

The office staff are friendly but competence of the PA doing the work is doubtful and she’s either is oblivious when something goes wrong or won’t own it. Either way is bad for the customer. Lesson learned. Stick with responsible experienced physicians for cosmetic medical procedures. I ignored my own advice. Hope it helps...
