I booked a back to back couples massage and big mistake. It was a late Father’s Day gift to my husband and I let him down. I drove 45 minutes trusting all the reviews as I usually do. First, we were taken in late due to a power issue but honestly not a big deal. Second, it was SO noisy! We could hear police sirens, cars and people laughing and talking loud next door. Third, music kept turning off and Nikki, our masseuse, had to tell Alexa to keep playing music or skip song. Fourth, the foot massager was so noisy! My husband was getting a massage while I soaked my feet in a foot spa and it kept squeaking and clicking! I was so stressed because I wanted my husband to relax and I knew this loud noise would not allow him to. Fifth, the portable sauna was a disaster! It did not work! I was supposed to change the heat option myself. Every time I pressed a button, it made a loud beeping sound. I pressed it about 10 times and instead of lowering the heat it increased it taking it to over 100°. Nikki suggested I should step out to prevent over heating. Sixth, the facial steam machine was filled with water while we were in session and Nikki dropped the water bottles twice. IMO there was too much going on. Nikki was overwhelmed and it showed. She continuously had to be moving to direct us to the next station and mostly stopped massaging my husband to attend me at other stations. The price was $325. She did give us a $20 discount and had some apple cider with chocolates for us. Honestly she was very sweet but, I don’t think it was worth what I paid and most importantly, WE DID NOT ENJOY OR RELAX. I should have called to book a couples massage instead of booking online. The only option online was for a back to back couples massage which I WOULD...
Read moreI have been coming here for over 7 years and have been receiving deep tissue massages from Nicki (one of the massage therapists and co-owners of this business) on an every-other-week basis. She is amazing - extremely professional, licensed, and when she incorporates ancillary techniques into her massages (which, for me thus far, have included cupping, wood therapy [where a bamboo stick is used to get deep into the muscles], and hot stones), the impact is tremendous! She has been an integral part of my recent management of my recently diagnosed snapping scapula syndrome, and I am so grateful for her skills. Her business partner / co-massage therapist, Christa, is just as amazing (for I received one deep tissue massage from her in the past)! I highly recommend...
Read moreBooked a couples massage for my wife and me. Massage techniques were okay overall. However, we both paid the extra $10 fee for a deep tissue massage which was seriously lacking (probably 3 minutes of actual deep tissue massage in the course of an hour). We were asked about problem areas to focus on but then were given a very routine massage without any extra focus on what we mentioned. We also only received about 50 minutes of massage for the hour we booked. Arrived a few minutes early but had to fill out paperwork, use the restroom, and get undressed which all seem to be counted against our 60...
