Better Be Donuts #3 — Restaurant in Riverside

Honestly, this is the first review I’ve written for any food place but my boyfriend was craving donuts this morning and we tried this place because it was the closest to home. Hands down best donut shop I’ve been to. That’s due to many things here being great, first off the service was warm and welcoming and had a good laugh with the lady working there. Second, the donuts are very good, light and fluffy and the flavor is great. Third, which is my favorite, honestly the best iced coffee I’ve ever tried! I used to work for one of the biggest coffee company’s in the US (if there’s one that comes to mind right away, you’re most likely thinking of the correct one) and honestly the coffee is unmatched. I’ve only tried the iced so far but I had some of my family members try it when I got home and they all said it was the best they’ve tried. So yes, many things to love about this place. it's been 3 weeks since last time I visited & I noticed a different tase when I went this morning. I bought glaze twist & maple twist. The dough was dry & had an "off" taste to it. The coffee had a weird taste as well. I could taste/smell the "faucet" water in coffee. I called the establishment to ask if they changed the recipe on the donuts & the woman told me to hold on, she put the phone down (I could hear conversations) and never came...
