I recently visited Lucy Massage for a couples massage that started at 5:10 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, it was clear that professionalism was lacking. The two masseuses frequently spoke in their own language and left the room multiple times during the session, leaving us uncovered with the door wide open while other customers walked by. This happened repeatedly—3–4 times over the course of the hour—and made it impossible to feel relaxed or safe.

We had specifically booked a Swedish deep tissue massage with hot stones, but the stones were barely warm and the massage itself felt rushed and incomplete. One masseuse even started working on one of my hands, then abandoned it mid-session to go back to my back. At exactly 6 PM, the session was ended abruptly without any consideration for the time or quality of service.

Overall, this experience was unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. The session lacked attention to detail, skill, and basic courtesy, and aside from the music, nothing felt calming or therapeutic. I have had massages at multiple other locations, and this was by far the most disappointing. I would not recommend Lucky Massage to anyone seeking a proper, professional, and relaxing...

I visited lucky massage today for a one hour body massage .my massage totally amazing .as she Linda smoothed out all the Soreness in my body . I really felt renewed she was really thorough and would often ask me if I was ok very thoughtful . The room very neat and clean I will be back soon . Really enjoy my time at lucky massage ....
