Del Taco — Restaurant in Riverside

Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life. Before I went to the drive thru, I decided to use the restroom just as I was almost done. Employee Jessica was hitting the door so hard and yelling for me to get out, I was in fear of my life. I was so scared I had the phone in my hand with my key ready to call the police. After I got out she started yelling again saying the restroom was closed for over an hour. However, it was closed like she said it would have been locked or a sign posted. I went to the front and spoke to the sweet little old lady, she told me she was the manager and was training Jessica to be a manager. Oh no Jesus help us. As the little lady was talking to me Jessica came to the drive thru to yell at me aging and to tell me her name was Jessica. I can't believe how disrespectful she was not only to me but to her own manager. I have been going to this location for over 1 week as it is the closest place to the hospital, I will never go back and will share my experience with all my friends and family. Nobody with this type of disrespectful attitude should be in contact with the public or working as a manager. If she is acting like this now. I can't imagine how many customers this location is going to lose and how many times good employees will not want to work with a person like Jessica. I was so upset, I didn't even...

I went today for the Thursday night special of 3 chicken tacos for $2.69. Not only did they charge me full price but they gave me 24 tacos instead of the 8 I ordered. When I let the cashier know she didn't want to change my order because, "that's what I had ordered." I had to explain 3 times that she gave me 8 orders of tacos not 8 single tacos and she eventually fixed it and charged me the right price. I also wanted to modify my order, which I've done before at another location, to half soft chicken tacos and half chicken crunchy tacos. Instead I received half crunchy beef tacos. When I told the cashier, she refused to fix my order because again "that's what I ordered," so I left. When I got home.... my food was cold and the crunchy tacos that I didn't want in the first place, had little to no meat. Never been inside but looking from the outside. Hard place to get in and out. During rush hours their drive through gets very busy. Hard to park car in front. The back parking lot is better to park. Whoever designed this place. Got be a special person. They are 24hrs open for a reason. If you watch back parking lot all night. You will see why open 24hrs, fast pick up and delivery. Great place to exchange your gifts 24 hrs. No lines or waiting. You know what gifts im talking about. You can get santa clause white beard perfectly packed and handmade white beard.
