Update: 5 star store for listening to your customers!! Way to go, Stater Bros. I just got a call from my mom. You guys listened and got new carts for your store. She is so happy. You impress me!

Hello lovely Stater Bros Market, I am here visiting here from another state. My mom brags about how lovely her local, grocery store is. (Where I am from, we have an "unnamed" neighborhood grocery stores. You have to ring up and bag your own groceries. She talks about it so much that I had to come see for myself.

This store is having some remodeling going on at the time. With that said, I have to say this store is still so clean.

Employees are very friendly. We walked in, and my mom was greeted by her favorite employees, Christina and Kim. They seemed genuinely happy to see her. They were very professional and greeted her with smiling faces.

Box people are very helpful and seem always willing to help. Even offered to take it to my car for me. Wow! I was impressed, and I never get this kinda of service where I live.

The isles were fully stocked and neat.

The produce area was so fancy and beautiful, like in the movies.

Now, after reading my great review, you may ask why only 3 stars. Let me tell you, my mom is elderly she has a very hard time getting around. When we arrived the electric cart was no where to be found and after a few minutes one of the lovely box boys found it for my mom, but wouldn't you know it, the dang thing was not in it's normal area charging and it was dead. So, unfortunately, I had to shuffle mom back into the car while she waited, and I got her groceries on her list for her. What a lovely rare experience I could have had today helping my mom grocery shop if only your store had their cart charged and ready to go. Not to mention, all the elderly people hobbling around because there is only 1 cart for your whole store. If you are saving money by not providing grocery bags and dimming lights, can you at least provide more electric carts for your disabled, elderly, or handicap people. I'd bet they would greatly appreciate it. I know my mom and I would have today.

UPDATE 10/2 tried this store again and the hot bar deli for food is a joke save yourself a trip and time and just got the location on can Buren and Arlington where the staff is friendly and the food is hot and ready. The la Sierra store is always out of something and takes them 30 plus mins to replace it and the stuff that is ready looks like it's been sitting from overnight

Even after the mini remodel this stater bros is sub par especially the hot food deli. The store closes at 11 pm and they will stop cooking at a 730 pm and be out of food and shutting it down by 815pm. I'm Mexican and the older Mexican lady running the counter is mean and if you ask if there will be more food she looks at you like you're crazy for even thinking that. Go to Arlington and Van Buren staters better quality and friendly staff. Only good employee at La Sierra is the male cashier with pink hair and a headband all the others look like they don't want to be there and the other male employees gossip about customers right in front of...

I was at starter Bros this morning today when I bought bananas, Smoked sausage, bacon, Donald duck oranges and a ice cream for my little daughter also. when I was bout to leave I just noticed my change was little.. So I went back to Starter Bros, I told the cashier lady you've over charge me and she said no I didn't, then we walked together went to the freezer that has ice cream. she said the ice cream was in the wrong area and that wasn't not the price cuz I thought it was $5.79 and the ice cream was $7.89.. So I told her you give me a discount about the ice cream wrong area then she said no, then I said let me talk to the manager please ,then she still said no to me, Then She said no I will not give you a discount about the ice cream on the wrong area..
