Del Taco — Restaurant in Riverside

I came here to order my food and I was on my scooter my motorized scooter and I gave them my order through the intercom on the drive-thru and then they told me to hold on and then a line began behind me so I called the store and they had forgot about me so I'm very unhappy with the service here the fact that they forgot that I was in line waiting for my food and when I asked him to cancel my order and that I didn't want the food anymore and after I gave them my money they began to hold the hostage and I asked him multiple times to give me my money back that I am canceling my order nicely and they began to ignore me and then some lady walked in to the window and gave me a receipt and my money back I just am very unhappy with the service and I all I wanted to do...

We've visited this Del Taco a lot of times and 99% of the time, the order has been correct, the staff has been friendly, and the food tasted great. There have been a small handful of times where the drive thru was very slow and once I got chips instead of fries, but they helped correct this when I went back. Overall, my experience here has exceeded other fast food joints in the area in terms of reliability, speed, friendliness, and taste.

EDIT: Changed my 5 star rating to a 3 star due to the number of times the drive thru moved very slowly. Currently, I've been in line for over 25 minutes now and I still have 3 cars in front of me. The line wasn't even long to begin with... Someone please look into speeding up how to close...

Well folks I had to come and check out Del Taco's NEW Birria Ramen and cookie butter shake. Let me tell you...they went above and beyond on their ramen. They added fresh onions, cilantro and the amount of shredded beef was good. But I think because the morning was crisp and cool. The warm soup felt AMAZING to eat. I can't wait to go back and try out the birria tacos and quesadilla.

The cookie butter shake was super comforting. and had a nice texture. I usually get the Speculous at Trader Joes, but now that I tasted the Biscoff cookie butter I just might pick up a jar from Ralphs in the near future.
