US Donuts — Restaurant in Riverside

I have to say I am not a fan of this little donut shop. I went with the intention of getting a dozen doughnuts, but the girl that was helping me was more interested in talking to a co-worker to the point where I felt like I was interrupting them trying to get my order in. I ended up only getting 3 doughnuts instead because with them talking, it was taking forever just to get to three I didn't want to know how long it was going to take to get to a dozen. Also it was just really loud in there The TV was blaring and there was a bunch of noise coming from behind in the kitchen. Not exactly a calm environment for early in the morning. The donuts weren't great, I've definitely had better. They're just fair. So it's safe to say I'm not going to be returning to this donut shop to go through that again for fair doughnuts. I would give it a 0 if given the opportunity. I had never had an issue with this place, until today (July 14, 2020) when I went to buy a dozen and in one of the donuts, we found a long strand of hair inside. When I went to make the complaint, the one who sold me the dozen claimed she didn’t remember me, refused to look through the cameras to prove I was there, she raised her voice at me saying that was too busy to attend to a customer, and even claimed the hair wasn’t inside the donut. Need to update their menu. Wanted to try This place out. I loved how the lady how she takes orders. I got a caramel frappe and I thought I was gonna be $4.50 she told me that it was gonna be a $.50 cents charge for using card and I’m totally okay with that so I thought I was gonna come like at five or six dollars at least no I got charge $7.86 she didn’t give me no receipts. It took me like 15 or 20 minutes to get my drink.
