Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Riverside

Well im really disappointed at this pizza hut location because i paid almost 20 dollars for a pizza that tasted really bad the reason it was bad its because the quality of the cheese is terrible i guess they trying to get some cash in their pockets and getting the cheapest cheese they can get and not only that the amount of cheese they put in the pizza is from very poor to almost nothing the thinnest layer of cheese I've seen in a pizza i went to complaint and they say that everything its the same way it always been and really come one I've been eating pizza from that location since they opened it years ago they used to be very good making those 20 dollars worth but now i even told them it taste like a 5 dollar pizza and they just told me i dont know everything its the same. Really ? Also they told me for your next order u can ask for extra cheese omg i was gonna flip out so i have to pay more so i can get what i always got before ? I went to the 5 dollar pizza place and my surprise is that they have higher quality cheese their pizzas taste like so much better they put very generous amounts of cheese on their pizzas for 5 or 6 dollars not 15...

My girlfriend and I went here for a pizza last and the girl that helped us looked really unprofessional and rude with her huge gauges and stretched out ears, her name was Desiree. My girlfriend and I both thought the same thing and said this girl should be in the back washing dishes or something, no smile or customer service whatsoever, she gave us the service like she wanted to go home already and close, but I don't see why if it was only 11:22pm when we arrived and this location closes at 12am. And to top it off with a cherry on top I ordered wings and when I asked for one more extra ranch since they only gave us "one" she said oh it's $60c Extra for a ranch, the ranches are the same sizes they hand out at a fast food restaurant like come on now really... I didn't even want to ask for crushed Peppers cause they probably would have charged me So I just walked out!! Horrible servers all the way around, I rather go to the scratch Pizza down the street Better service better prices...

Ordered 2 dinner boxes and 2 46ct wings for delivery to be arrived at 1:03 went outside to "receive" my order and no soul was out there.I called them asking for my order and seems like pizza hut no longer has their own drivers so they now have left/uber which as a customer I don't care how my pizza is delivered as long as it's delivered but it seems like your "manager" Tom can't manage this "fast" service to the customer and can't manage this location as a whole since they can't get the food to the customer.I asked if I could pick it up and at least get a discount Tom refused and said no he couldn't do anything and seems like he doesn't care about his job or the customer.. so I didn't get a discount,I didn't get my pizza,and wasted my time we always order from here for our manager meetings and order pizza here but seems like Tom isn't interested in our business we will be looking to take our business somewhere...
