It has been a while, but my wife and kids went there for a movie they had been looking forward to. We purchased tickets in advance for the front row. It had been raining heavily and there was about 3-4 inches of water on the floor. We couldn’t sit in our reserved seats because of that. We had bought all our snacks and they wouldn’t refund our money for the tickets. They said we could go to another theater but the movies playing weren’t for kids. Read morePaid $48 for two recliner seats, large popcorn and a large soda. One of the seats was broken so they switched us. Then the movie sound system was only playing sound out of the front speakers. Could not hear dialogue over the sound of chewing overpriced popcorn. Decided finally to leave and get a refund. But for some reason the person at the counter was only able to refund one ticket and instead gave us a single pass for "next time" as if there will be a next time. So in the end I paid $36 for popcorn and a soda. Doesn't get much worse. Bad service and a lack of maintenance will cause this theatre to go out of business...
