"It's just storage". So they say. Listen I want to spend my money where I feel like a valued customer and this place on 41 is awesome.

Facilities seem brand new but what's more important is the customer service. Don and Billy are super accommodating and friendly, speaking with them ahead of time, coordinating my space and paper work done faster than it takes to order Starbucks, which is in the same Plaza.

Don really is way friendlier than one would think for the manager of a huge storage facility and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. I've had really shady, rude, give me your money and get out experiences and Cubesmart has been VERY impressive.

I almost forgot to talk about the facility. Although i would prefer more gated spaces, for my purposes the HUGE parking lot makes trailer access a DREAM. I can appreciate the wide open paved lot, security cameras on site and just the ease of accessing my trailer 24/7. The rest of the facility looks and feels brand new so looking forward to using indoor storage shortly.

Maybe there's a better experience out there but I'm convinced Don and Cubesmart are doing it the best, I 100% recommend Cubesmart, go...

We have had our RV stored with this location for 10 months now. Clean, safe location at a great rate with outstanding management! Recently we had an unfortunate incident were another tenant accidentally damaged our RV pulling out of their space. Unfortunately, due to a pending hurricane they did not (after hours) contact anyone right. That’s when the outstanding customer service came into play, provided by Don Morvillo. He noted the damage on a site inspection walk through, and notified me to come down. He then scanned through the security cameras to gather information for the police report on who, and when the incident occurred. The police arrived to gather information, and Don identified the person, with contact information. He then stored a copy of the surveillance video for future insurance needs as requested by the Sheriff. Don then took the additional step to contact the person, (who fully admitted to the accident) and provided an information exchange between us to achieve resolution. So, Don was a friggin’ rock star! I had an appointment with Istore storage and when I got there, a week after I gave my Dec page to rent a 10 x5 climate control storage- my unit was gone! Yep, the lady there gave my storage unit away and there was no more available for $64. The next one was $124. Double This lady had no remorse, no sympathy and no solutions. She looked at me with deer lights and said there was nothing that she could do. To make this worse…. She couldn’t find my Insurance Declaration Page! I was devastated! Started calling around and found Don! He literally called around to find me something because he only had a 5x5. Then he checked his computer and called a lady that was supposed to had checked out of a 10x5. He did that for me. Damn Right I paid an entire year! What a guy! Thank...
