BLONDE OLD OLD WOMAN TAKING ORDERS AT THE FRONT IS THE RUDEST!!! She must be an owner because how can she be this way to customers and keep her job. The other staff that worked around her looked so scared of her too. Please read more. Such a shame. If I could put 0 stars for this place I definitely would. I called to place my order and the old woman had a very short unpleasant tone and gave an order number instead of taking a name. I thought no problem, they must be busy and this is how they run things. When I arrived to pay for my order, I was greeted with a scowl. I thought well maybe that is just how her face looked all the time. So, I smile and let her know I placed an order over the phone. I did not remember the order number and apologized. Mind you, I was friendly and chipper, but was met with a very rude conversation with lots of attitude, snottiness and rude tone. While I waited for my order for about an hour, I was able to observe how she was with other customers. I also was able to observe the staff that worked behind her. The YOUNGER bald gentleman was quiet and nicer but was just over shadowed by the cruelness of this old woman. There was also an older man who was preparing the pizza that I observed was rude to customers. I also noticed that if the customers was of the darker skin complexion, they were treated worse and the older white complexion customers were treated waaay better. Hmmmmm. It is sad to see that this place has 4 star reviews because some people will still come here and not know that they will be treated with such disdain. The owners and or management probably do not care about these reviews but I want to do my part in informing as many people I can to please stay away from this place and do not waste your precious time and hard earned money, There are many places that will give better food and better service. Lastly, I also observed that they had open boxes of pizza where they do the last parts of preparations (toppings) right at the front desk, where random customers can breathe and accidentally spit on while talking-placing orders. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My father is visiting me from the Brandon area and I took him to this pizza place after eating here once. I wanted him to try the pizza because maybe he’ll try coming around the area more often. We got to the pizza place at 5:21, a man was ordering his pizza and while he was ordering the lady serving him was complaining to me about how she’s tired of people waiting until 5 minutes before closing for people to order and gave the guy ordering a dirty look. We asked her “you’re closing?” She said they were closing at 6. She told the guy his order will be ready in 30 minutes 8-10 minutes before they close. I order a medium pizza and told her to give us one second to discuss if my dad can eat the pizza because his lost some teeth in his mouth, we let the couple on back of us order while I confirmed he can eat the pizza. I turned around to her making a pizza and I asked about single slices of pizza instead of a whole pizza and she said “I’m not making any sliced pizzas, I do not have any” I said “okay no problem, let’s just stick with the medium cheese pizza” and she then said “I’m not taking anymore orders, I’m closed……. Sorry.” at 5:35PM. Me and my dad left and will never go back in again. What a great first impression on my father who’s not even from this area!!! I googled what time they close on Sunday and it says they’re NOT even supposed to be OPEN today!!!! Why even have the store open and then make up a time you guys close and get MAD AT CUSTOMERS for trying to order food? Turn off your sign and lock your doors if you’re closed. The lady was rude, and had an attitude to customers. I will stick with going to Alphas Pizza and Prime, never had any customer service issues with them. I'm editing my previous review after a bad experience tonight and the lackluster response I received from the owner. It will be my last time supporting this family owned business. I am loyal and I eat lunch there quite often. Went in for dinner, and had previously done so and it wasn't very good, but figured let's try again. Well, the same experience...first the pizza is great..and one of the best in the area! But that's it...they are a pizzeria..and pizza is all. Everything else is done with poor presentation and poor quality! Had the baked ziti (penne) and most of the pasta was overcooked and broken. Chicken cutlets and Philly cheese steak we're on rolls that broke into pieces while you tried to eat . Lasagna another time tasted of freezer burn.

Being a regular for lunch , and one who loves their pizza, I thought I would be honest with the owners and tell them my feelings about the meal. I'm a regular customer and who better to level to them about the meal. Well the response was poor , and not regarded with any concern except to place the blame on the person who worked on them. The response made me feel absolutely that they don't value feedback or their regular customers ...so as much as I love to support locally owned and operated ...this will be my last time.
